Images stored in the server

I have added an image field to the view of my articles. When I insert an image from the select button I have the only option to upload it even if the image is already in a server directory. Where can I set the right parameter so to have a list of my imaes in the column field and use one of them without uploading another time?
Thanks

you need to set your image field in db mode => that display all image of your user

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.

Thanks for your quick replay. Another question: where are the images stored? If I upload an image from the Files tab it does not appear in the list, if I upoload an image from the Selct button of the field it does not appear within the files. Have I to build a new field containing originally the db option ?

Hello

if you don't want to share images between items,

then it is best to use image field in folder mode:
- it stores images in path:

CONFIGURED_PATH/item_ID_field_ID/original/

usually that is:
images/stories/flexicontent/item_927_field_/original/
