Import : Images aren't processed and don't display in the created items was created by 012abc

Hello,
I try to add 84 imported items to the 7283 previous items (created through import also). The import file and all the other parameters look fine. I tested the file with the Flexicontent import tool also.
At the end of the import process, all items are created but without the images as preview/thumbnail, nor the images as downloadable documents.
I tried to import items 2 by 2, then 1 by 1 with the same result.

I can't find out what is the issue. Could you help me ?

Hello

before the final step of the import, you have a preview screen with a table look

are the files / images reported there ? (reported as "found")

-- Flexicontent is Free but involves a big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite having a long list of functions) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
