When using CSV import the import task fails with the following error. The 'Provider Image' image field is optional and the import task fails with image specified in the CSV as well as without it. Please note the import test completes without issues. What exactly is going wrong and any ideas for troubleshooting please? Thank you

Curiously enough, I'm getting an error related to the image field even when trying to create a new item from scratch. I can see the image is uploaded to a temporary folder e.g. item__2016_05_08_01_16_31_1572ef5df57c33_field_16 but never renamed to the correct format. The image is created correctly, when I upload it to an existing item. Is this related to my CSV upload issue?

Warning in the admin panel:
Code:
JFTP: :rename: Bad response.
Notice in the admin panel:
Code:
Image/Gallery field: 'Provider Image', some values of this field have been skipped: [ lynda_com.png ], because the original file seems to have been deleted (thumbnailing of it has failed). This message will go away once you save this content item

The field is set as item+specific folder.
