[SOLVED] Text field has "50" all of a sudden

Hi,

I have text fields which are inserted as video URLs.

Today I have noticed that all pages have the text "50" in it and it is saying no playable source found..

I am not sure how "50" is typed in there.

This happened after upgrade to Joomla 3.4.8. I am still using version 2.1.3 r1857 with this one.

Never mind.
Its all fixed now.
I had to go to the database and update each field. Took me two minutes.

Having said that, I still would like an explanation as to where "50" actually came from.
Any guesses?

it is not a bug, it can happen
e.g. if you configure default value for item form,

- or maybe your browser for some reason did autocomplete because of an addon and you did not not?
or i don't know

- or maybe you had tried to use JS input validation option (at some older versions it might have been broken ?) or you mis-configured validation

in any case i can not replicate this

- It did not have a default value
- If that was the case, it would be only visible in a single item. I did not go to each item and save them or put "50" in the textfield of each item
- I am not sure about this. But my textfield was not using JS validation.

Anyways it is all good now after cleaning up via the database.
