[SOLVED] How to disable or change default images for items without an image in blog template / universal module

Hi,
I upgraded today from flexicontent 2.x to 3.0.8 and since then I have empty images appearing in some content items. I don't know where they come from.
Please have a look at the attached file. This is an example of what happens.
Previously (with FC v2.x), I only add the text "RACCOURCIS" appearing on my web page but now as you can see in the picture, there is an empty image thumbnail.
My content item has just one text field. I looked at the "Compatibility" parameters of the item and there is no image selected as "Intro Image" or "Full Image", nothing. So I don't know why there is such a thumbnail now.
If I look at the html code there is an <img> element now under the comment " <!-- BOF current item's image -->" (<div class="image_featured fc_float_left">)

Someone has an idea where this empty image comes from and how to deactivate it?

if you are speaking of blog template, then there are new parameters in the template parameters

The item "Raccourcis" was shown on my homepage in a Universal flexicontent module and I had "news" has template for this module. If I select the template "carousel" instead of "news" the image disappears (but there are some layout changes).

Do you know where I can handle the configuration of these templates (news, carousel, etc.) ?

- inside module TAB: "Layout: Select fields"
- Scroll to find section "Image"
the last parameters of the section are:
show default image (yes/no) and the default image path
