Good day, I am using Joomla 3.4.5 with Flexicontent 3.0.8 along with J2store Pro and J2store Flexicontent plugins. The site is under development in a subdirectory while the old site running joomla 2.5.28 remains in the main directory until this one is ready to go live.

I have prepared an import csv file and it works when testing import file in flexicontent component. It shows me the Aray page with 2 records, which is correct to the csv file. When I switch to use 'prepare import task' using the same csv file it appears to work as well, the preview screen shows they are displayed as they should below the message at top:
Import task prepared.
File has 2 records (content items) and 17 columns (fields)

It seems to fail when I click to proceed with import. On the import page with status bar it stays at 0% with 'Import running....' displayed at top. I leave it a long time it never changes. I have checked the fields, I see no problems or bad entries that might cause problems. Are there specific things to look for when it seems to hang at this stage? Are there any special settings required on the server for import to work?

I also checked the server error log in cpanel it shows only this error: File does not exist: /home/xxx/public_html/j3/administrator/components/com_flexicontent/assets/css/flexi_shared.css

All forms of Cache is disabled in Joomla, and in my Firefox browser.

The server (Apache) is using php 5.4

I checked the error log folder and inside there is a file called importcsv_62.php. In the file there are 1762 lines all referring to error or exception saying 'deprecated' in every line. Is it because of php 5.4?

Hello

the "deprecated" lines in the log can be ignored,
they are Joomla functions that will be removed in Joomla 4

About import, after "Prepare import task" is done, then the import process should continue without issue
- it is possibly a bug in a field, or some 3rd party system plugin

please put site in an online server
- and you can send me a PM and attach your import file or provide a URL i can download it

please note we do not support help with configuring Import file format / testing an import file
but your case is not this

Hello

you can not use column "document_type"
if you add it , will be displayed in preview but it will be ignored

- before importing to need to select the document type,
the given file was imported successfully
