Hello,

I've created a search page with two kinds of items : some Joomla items (type "allowed" and accessible by a Joomla menu link) and some Flexi items (type "redirect to FC item view" and accessible by a Flexi menu link).
I get the correct results, except for the url of the Joomla items found by the search : the url looks like ".../site_content/xx" and I was expecting the Joomla url (I mean the one corresponding to the Joomla menu link and not the one of the "site content").
Do you have an idea how I can solve that ?
Thanks a lot

Hello

do you mean you want to change the FLEXIcontent URL to have a different menu item or name?
- if yes then create FLEXIcontent menu items to the categories of the items and these menu items will be selected and used instead of the /site_content/ menu item

or do you mean that since you allowed Joomla article view for the type TTTT (e.g. "article"),
- then the items of type TTTT should be (better) be using Joomla article URLs in search view ?

hello

thanks a lot for your answer.
I mean the second one : I'm using the type "article" (for which is allowed the Joomla article view) and I would like the items of type "article" to be using Joomla article URLs in search view, as I've created Joomla menu links to access to these items.

Hello

this is surely an improvement

the reason for this is
- that previously we did not have option "Allow" Joomla article view

it sounds that the usual case for types that allow Joomla article view,
that they will also have Joomla article URLs , instead of FLEXIcontent URLs in the search view

Here is an enhancement issue for v3.0.9

well it is what we wanted to do,
to allow Joomla article view (and this was possible for the search view in J1.5 version, see below)

Added to v3.0.9-dev*

- it is default for article type
- it is similar to what we had in Joomla 1.5 where the search view could linked to Joomla article view
