Import of "Select Multiple" fields does not work

Hi,

I had already noted this bug with 3.0.0.RC, but apparently it is not solved in 3.0.3.

Actually, in the data I import, I wanted to have a Select Multiple field.
Let's take a basic one, like
1::Yes%% 0::No%%

Then I import a CSV (with for example ~~Yes%%No~~ for that field). On the import screen, it shows nicely for exemple "Yes" and "No" for my first record, only "No" for the second one. So, so far everything seems to be interpreted correctly.
But once imported, when I edit the items, I see this field is empty !

As a workaround, I had discovered that only "textselect" is the only field type allowing me to import multiple values fields.
Have I understood something wrong or is there indeed a bug in the importation of Select Multiple field ?

Txs !

Marc

Hello
Code:
with for example ~~Yes%%No~~ for that field

you need to use the value and not the label in the CSV import file
the above should become:
~~1%%0~~

Hi,

I have just tested again : it now works indeed great with ~1%%0~~

May I just suggest that you make this clearer in the Tab Example of Importation.

Indeed, the example is not explicit about this requirement (putting label for single value is fine, but for multiple values the labels are not allowed).
Maybe it is clear to you as an expert, but for me, until your msg here, the word "value" meant "the real value I wanted to import, namely Yes or No for example.

f22_valuea ~~ f24_value01%%f24_value02%%f24_value03
multi-value fields: selectmultiple, selectmultple, checkbox, checkboximage, email, weblink, separate multiple values with %%

Txs & see you soon :-)
