[SOLVED] How to trigger content plugin vChart Plugin (wdmtech.com)

Vchart is a component for drawing graphs of statistics. I have written the following {vchartmodule vchart id content} in the content, but it does not work. I contacted Customer Support of vChart. The technician says that there is a problem with FLEXIcontent plugin - Core Fields (Joomla article properties)

you mean that you are trying to trigger a content plugin ?

1. please put it inside description text
2. make sure plugin triggering is enabled in description field
3. make sure you select no specific plugins in description field = Trigger ALL content plugins
