[Fixed v3beta] Directory View Item wrong Count

Hi

The Category and Sub-Category count in the directory view shows items that have passed their 'Finish Publishing' date.

If an item 'State' is 'Unpublished' it does not show in the count.

If an item 'State' is 'Published' and it has passed its 'Finish Publishing' date... even though it is expired and not available it still shows in the count.

Or am I missing something... :-)

Thanks

test with this file, it is for FC v3 BETA, it should work in v2.2.1 too

unzip, then backup and replace:

Hi ggppdk

Thanks for the quick response.

Directory Name -> Main Category -> Sub-Category

Category Structure
Displays Main Category and Sub-Categories

Have uploaded the supplied file and it works fine on the Sub-Category but still showing the error Count error on main Category.

it "still" shows an error ?
it is a PHP notice or PHP warning ?

may be you can post an image or better copy the PHP warning here

Hi

It does not show a coding error - PHP notice or PHP warning, it is a 'Count' error.

I have an Item which is first a member of the Main Category and then a member of the Sub-Category.

I have one item who's 'State' is 'Published' and it has passed its 'Finish Publishing' date...

The Count values showing are

Main Category(1) Sub-Category(0)

The file you kindly supplied corrected the Sub-Category(0) but not the Main Category(1).

Main Category(1) is counting an item that has passed its 'Finish Publishing' date... no link to the item exists... the value showing should be Main Category(0)

Thanks
