Upload image field error

Upload image field error was created by despair

I have a field to upload image, but I usually get this error.
The image not save to the field value. But I can find the image from file management.
What should I do.

Hello

first enable printing of errors in phpThumb (see our FAQ)

probably you have a folder ownership/permissions issue

-- if folder permissions for thumbnail folder 755 are not enough, then you probably have wrong ownership of the folder

-- also check the thumbnail folder that you have configured in the image field, it must be a path relative to joomla root

also search our FAQ for "phpThumb" to see how make phpThumb print more info ==> how to enable printing of error messages
