Alpha index problem was created by patjun
Hi,
i have a problem with alpha-index on a website.

The "O" is not working. You can see it on the "online" screenshot i attached to the post. You can also see it live:
netzwerk-mode-textil.de/index.ph ... 68&lang=de
I turned all joomla caches of and i cleared all caches.

To find the problem and to debug the site, i installed the website local. And for my surprise. The problem was gone right away.

Until now i didn't solve the problem with the live site. Is there an internal cache in flexicontent?

Any suggestions i can look for?

Best regards
Patrick

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Hi,

@micker
I think the version is to old for "re do all index in flexicontent (basic advenced)".

@ggppdk
The collation is utf8_general_ci on the live site and on the local site.

Hello

which version do you have ?

you need at least v2.1.3 for J3
and at least v2.1.2 for J2.5
