Hello

after uninstalling FLEXIcontent the HOME page menu item was of type:

"create articles" (of type com_content)

but
1. your public visitors do not have privilege to create articles
so your home page was of course inaccessible
2. when home page is inaccessible i guess you cannot be redirected to the 403 no authorized page either

b]Edit:[/b
i forgot to mention
-- Changing the HOME menu item to e.g. point to single article, fixed the issue

i conclude that was not FLEXIcontent doing, FLEXIcontent did create this menu item

but anyway we found why and gain some knowledge out of it

(also initially i was confused, i thought that your super user is getting this message, but it was your front-end home page)

tell us if you have any other issues with site that maybe related to uninstalling FLEXIcontent

Regards
