Breadcrumbs, core CSS

I'm attempting to create a site with FlexiContent, and I've run into a few snags. How does one adjust the breadcrumbs? I want some static pages that should be at the root, but FlexiContent wants to show the whole section/category/article/category - article in the breadcrumb.

Secondly, I want to style things and remove all default styles (in the assets folder, not the templates). Is there an option for that somewhere I can't find, or is it not an option at the moment?

Hi Jeremy,
As it depends on your categories and menu structure, I couldn't find a rule to do the pathaway adjustement automatically.
Thus you'll have to play with the parameters of the menu item

I hope I'll find someday a better solution...
Concerning the second problem, as it's fully MVC you can use the template overide, ou can even overide the css file adding on flexicontent.css file inside the css directory of your template.

I have the same problem but the settings of the "item depth" and the "Add item to pathway" parameters have only effect on some of my menu items.
On the other menu items these settings have no effect at all: not matter which settings I apply: there is no change at all...
All menu items are of the same type: FlexiContent -> category, all category have the same settings.
Any idea why this would behave like this?

I plan to examine the creation of pathway (displayed by the breadcrumbs module)

I am thinking of completely unsetting the pathway before filling it. And add some configuration options.
