Hi there,

I have a couple of categories. I have items under each category.

The items on each category shows perfectly except one of them.

I have also included these categories in the slider settings
Category scope
Method

and set it include and selected categories that Id like to show. Not sure why that one category/item is not showing up.

Ok one thing i just realised is that I added a new test item inside that problematic category. I can now see the item that I had trouble before.

Now the problem again is the item I just added for testing purposes does not appear in the slider...

What I am getting from this is if there is only 1 item in a category the slider skips that category? Can I change this setting?

Or am I going mad because of too much computer today?

One thign I forgot to mention.

The weird thing is that I got 1 items on the other categories and those items show up without any problme.

There is only this category that only shows the second latest added product.

can give a link ? and screenshot of your config (module ) ?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Hello

i have corrected the title of this thread it is misleading and not relevant to your question

if some items do not appear, then check:
- their publish-up time
- the access level of their -MAIN- category, of their
access level item's Content Type, the access level of the type itself
- Check if other SCOPEs are active, try creating the module again from SCRATCH and set SCOPEs 1 at a time

Hi there,

Sorry but I just cant get this to work properly.

One category item is always missing in the slider for some reason.
I checked their publish up times
Checked the access levels of content types, items, categories.
My only scope is the categories thats it. I selected the categories that I need the slider to extract items...
THis didnt fix the problem.

I created the slider from SCRATCH. And it didnt fix the problem also. :(

Just found the solution...

Number of featured items under basic options.

I set that to "0" and now everything looks good!
