Gallery error "not a valid image"

When I try and upload any image of any format or size, I always get the "not a valid image" error.

I am new to FC so I don't know how to troubleshoot this.

Using Joomla! 2.5.14
FLEXIcontent version 2.1.0 r1781

I just noticed that I also can't upload an image in an article.

I get "Large Image : Not a valid image."

go to FLEXIcontent component parameters
(click configuration button in FLEXIcontent backend)
-- then find parameters for legal image extensions, clear it and re-save parameters twice
or set this parameter manually:

jpg,JPG,png,PNG,gif,GIF ... etc

about size make sure that the size of the uploaded images is less than 10MBytes


Also you may consider updating to latest:
v2.1.2 r1806
v2.1.3 r1824 (BETA)
code.google.com/p/flexicontent/downloads/list

That did not resolve it.

My test .jpg is 400kb

you test 2 differents image or only one ?

multiple images, formats, sizes in both image and gallery fields.

Again, I am new to FC.
