Hi there,
I add a new item to a category.
and it takes a while for the item to appear on the slider/carousel (FLEXIcontent universal module).
Why do you think this happens?
Thank you.

Hello

1. this indicates that you may have some caching in your page.

FLEXIcontent itself will clear its own cache when new items are cleared

2. it may also indicate that the clock of the author or the server is OFF by some seconds or oven minutes !

e.g. author clock is
18:45 (UTC+3)
but server clock is
15:41 (UTC+0)

that is 4 minutes difference !!

so you articles will appear 4 minutes after they are created

Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite having a long list of functions) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Hello

to see if it is an issue related to clock difference,

create a new item and set its publish date a few days into the past and then view your site frontend (category view or a page that displays items in module)
