This is what I am getting after restoring my site on another domain. what do you think the prolblem is/?

If you search this in Google,

then you will see that your PHP in your server does not have multi-byte support enabled

-- contact your web host with the above error and ask then "to enable multi-byte support"
-- possibly you can enable with a directive inside .htaccess or in php.ini (this could be in your web-hosting FAQ)
