Hello

there are cases that a category menu will not be used in generated item links:

Reason 1: (this not your case)
if item is assigned to multiple categories and both secondary and main category exist then the main category menu item will be prefered

Reason 2:
e.g. have you enable category parameter override in the category menu item ?
-- if you did, then this menu item will only be used via direct click to it

-- avoid enabling category parameter override in menu items unless needed, instead use the default category configuration

Regards

hi
i've resolved the problem but now remains one small problem.

i've one category(1) that contain onlie 3 subcategory with some item.
On the search if i select the category(1) don't find any item.
It's possible to find the item of the subcategory on the search for category (1)?

thanks

Hello

this is a limitation,
the subcategory items will not be included

i have created a new issue in our bug-tracker to improve/"fix" the category filter to be able to do this:
code.google.com/p/flexicontent/i ... ail?id=613
