[PDF lib removed] Plugin toolbar missing pdf option was created by tramber91

Dear all

seems that missing print pdf option on field plugin toolbar
these codes below are available in toolbar.php

Code:

// pdf button
		if ($display_pdf)
		{.........

but no option on plugin parameters

Hello

this feature relied on a PDF library that was included with J1.5

but this library is no longer included with J2.5/J3.x
