Hello
In ite V1680 I want to use the article title inside another text variable.
This variable is an hidden one.
I have told that the variable is mandatory and is no multivalue.

In the template I have put title in the 'renderonly' field.

I have put those parameters :
default value :
using the default value : (le 3rd choice) display the value if empty field.
prefix text for every value :
Code:
<div style="text-align:center;float:none;font-weight:bold;"><span style="color:#ff0000">titre{{title##0}}</span></h1></div>

the word titre is just ther to see if the value is executed.

I get the word titre but not the title value.

How can I get the title value

thank you for help

best regards

Michel

Hello,
this is for custom fields only not for CORE fields,

but since title is a DB table property of the article (FC item)
you can use (should work unless we have a bug):

{{item->title}}

this is mention in the popup description ;)

Thank you very much.

Now it's working.

I thougth about a problem of Core and user field.
But I didn't found the syntax for the core fields.

I attach the popup explanation I have got (the image is from the V1696 beta)

Hello,

thanks for pointing this out,

-- 1. i will update the description to
add
{{item->COREproperty}}

-- 2. and also

{{fieldvalue##nn}}

is wrong, it should be:

{{fieldname##nn}}
