Please,
- install v2.0.3 beta2 it has bug-fixes and not new bugs except for CSS / layout changes ...
- and also make sure that jQuery optional libraries are enable in FLEXIcontent Component configuration
- if you have problems with jQuery loading in frontend use an extension to handle the loading of it , e.g. jQueryEasy
