[Solved] Category view empty

In my test website I have tried to upgrade from version 2.0.0-r1648 to 2.0.1 - r1659
All seems to work smoothly, except for every Category view: the items previously showing in each category disappeared. I have tried to change some settings, but I can't have items showing up again. I use a custom template, based on a previous FX version, but still working in r1648.
Could you please address me to locate the settings/changes I must do to get items listing in category working again?
Thank you in advance

The only change in v2.0.1 for category view is the added use of Access Level of Content Types (the setting was always there but was not used)

Either
1. some of your content Type have non-public Access e.g. registered
2. or the category view query is broken in some cases

Please check number 1 , and post back

Note that for v2.0.1a , i improved/fixed category view queries regarding Access Levels of Content Types and added them to other views too

It seems that content has regurarly assigned to public.
What I can't get displayed is not the item content, but the item listing in category view.
As sample, this is the page showing item list in previous version FC:
www.mmcedizioni.it/it/hanno-detto-di-noi.html
After upgrading, the same page does not show anything but the text "No items available for this category"

More, if now I try to edit an item and then to save it, I get this error:

saveFields(): SQL QUERY ERROR:
Table 'db-name.j25mmc_flexicontent_advsearch_index' doesn't exist SQL=INSERT INTO j25mmc_flexicontent_advsearch_index VALUES ( 6,10,0,'Fiera Internazionale del Libro (Torino)','0')

Table does not exit ??

Was the installation of v2.0.1 interrupted? (Did it finish successfully?)

Please do this:
-- re-install FC v2.0.1 (without uninstalling)

Reinstalled again, but still the same message when trying to edit, and then save, an item.
No error messages when installing latest version (obviously without uninstalling previous one)

1. Please go to phpmyadmin and check if it reports any corrupted tables and repair them

2. if flexicontent_advsearch_index DB table is missing please execute the following in phpmyadmin

REPLACE #__ with your Joomla DB Prefix
Code:
CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS `#__flexicontent_advsearch_index` ( `field_id` int(11) NOT NULL, `item_id` int(11) NOT NULL, `extraid` int(11) NOT NULL, `search_index` longtext NOT NULL, `value_id` varchar(255) NULL, PRIMARY KEY (`field_id`,`item_id`,`extraid`), KEY `field_id` (`field_id`), KEY `item_id` (`item_id`), FULLTEXT `search_index` (`search_index`), KEY `value_id` (`value_id`) ) ENGINE=MyISAM CHARACTER SET `utf8` COLLATE `utf8_general_ci`;
