Jcomment not installed notice was created by tindome

Hi,

In flexicontent version 2.0.1 (r1659), i've got a problem with jcomment.

I don't want to use comment module. But If i don't install jcoment, i've got this error :

Notice: Only variable references should be returned by reference in *******\components\com_flexicontent\models\category.php on line 1433

This is a notice that is printed in localhost only , we ll commit fix

to clear the notice now, replace line give this notice:
return array();
with

Code:

$this->_comments = array();
return $this->_comments;
