Search without results and Advanced Search Options

Hi there,

I'm using joomla 1.5.26 and Flexicontent 1.5.6 RC9b (r1601) in a site ( www.normac.pt ).
In mainmenu I creat a item to STANDARD SEARCH LAYOUT DESC.
However when I try to search something I have no results. It seems that nothing appens!!!
Another issue is about "Advanced Search Options". I have it enable and works fine in Chromea and Firefox (the option only show after click in "use advance search option") but in Internet Explorar they are enable without click on it.

Hello, have you ?
- marked the Advanced Searchable (thus indexable) Fields in Field Manager
- then created the Advanced Search Index ONCE (do again only if mark/unmark a field as Advanced Searchable)
- and also made sure that FLEXIcontent Advanced Seeach plugin is published

I have everything you say done... but no results yet!!!

1. Which fields are marked as advanced searchable in Fields manager TAB , did you include title and description?

2. If you visit the backend Search Index TAB do you see a list of records?

I have this fields marked as advanced searchable:
- Descrição (description)
- Titulo (title)
- Marca
- Características Tecnicas
- Estado
In backend Index Tab I see a list of 170 values. I have 19 itens published.

Hello, maybe is due to "current language"? visit advanced search plugin and check its parameters
