Content plugins are not applied in Item Description (r1601)

Oh, you are right. I completely forgot. I made it Joomla category view because I had some kind of problems with paging or something in the old version of FLEXIcontent blog category view. But it's still interesting why it appeared only for the one article. But it's not that important

Added more parameters to textarea field regarding the HTML editor and item form:

(a) fixed bug with editor buttons not appearing when using non-JCE editor,
(b) Update item form templates to use a new field parameter call "Field container width",
(c) Added parameter to textarea to disable all editor buttons, and for JCE to also disable individual editor buttons
