yes, like this:
Code:
if (!$ignoreState) { $where .= ' AND ( ( i.publish_up ....
just below the two other where clauses near "// Limit by publication date. Exception: when displaying personal user items or items modified by the user" around line 573 for leading items and I did the same further down for intro items.
The file I changed was components/com_flexicontent/models/category.php

Please try r1596

FLEXIcontent Downloads Section

it has J2.5 ACL and J1.5 FLEXI ACCESS ACL privilege "Ignore view state (Frontend Content Lists)"

to select user groups that will see items regardless of being published, archived, trashed, expired, scheduled in frontend content lists (e.g category view)

1. Go to FLEXIaccess Backend Dashboard
2. Click Backend and Specific Rules
3. Click to select the desired FA group
4. Click to open slider "General" of permissions
5. Enable permission "Ignore view state (items)"
