Cannot redeclare class PhpThumb was created by fgossart

in J2.5 I have a module using phpthumb Lof ArticlesSlideShow Module .
When this module is activated with a Flexicontent menu displaying and using phpthumb, I got a fatal error.

Maybe try not to load it twice:

it should work unless Lof ArticlesSlideShow Module phpThumb installation has some folder customization
