Registered user can not access to item submission form.

no don't reset it , just temporarily rename template override file and re-click the link leading to the form

I have disabled override default_categories.php
I set permission only on the last categories.

But with override form, I can see as well.

But I have inserted some css on it.

please send me a PM with backend admin login, and also link to frontend form that shows the blank page
