OK, I upgraded a site to FLEXIContent - 1.5.6 - RC9 r1514 but now, when I create a new article, set it up (title, type, category) an click "apply" or "safe" I get
Code:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method JDatabaseMySQLi::stdError() in administrator/components/com_flexicontent/models/parentclassitem.php on line 3135
After going back to the items list I realized, that the article was saved anyway. I can then open the article and save it without error but saving a new article in order to finish it right away is not possible.
Any Ideas?
Any help highly appreciated - urgently
Regards

I have fixed this locally, but i need to test more, because this file includes changes for advanced search

You can replace offending line with 3135:
Code:
if ( $db->getErrorNum() ) echo $db->getErrorMsg();

...is it possible that replacing this line of code also repaired the broken "request approval" button?
I replaced this line on my testserver and both, saving new articles as well as requesting the approval of an article seems to work now.

I have finished fixing and improved manual request approval

now :

1. You can specify email targets for notification, by using the notifications configuration (the users receiving email for pending approval state), and what content the email will include
2. You can use FLEXIaccess user groups, Joomla user groups and Joomla user id
3. Request approval will work in frontend too
4. You can have different behavior in frontend and backend, by using different default state for new items that cannot be published (Global configuration)

I ll commit it together will the clean-up search feature
