i have changed the cache permissions folder of phpbb, can you check if the messages stopped?

OK, it seems the mail queue file could not be updated due to permission problem, so the board kept sending you the email, but was unable to remove it from the queue

because of the above you might have missed 2 PMs that i have sent you, check your Private messages, they are unread
