Hello
On Joomla 2.5.6 Flexicontent 2.0 RC1740 :
I have some articles (general articles) whose template is the default one. In this case no problem It's working in Chrome FF and IE9.

I have also some specifical articles (presentation of objects).
No problem with Chrome and FF. But with IE9 : I don't receive the article but directly the source page of the article. I don't understand what's happening and I don't know where to search the origin of the problem.

If someone has an idea

If browser is displaying the HTML source code instead of "rendering" the HTML, it means that the HTTP header sent to the browser do not declare text/html format but rather text/plain format.

Does the page have some PHP error?

Does it occurs only when displaying a FLEXIcontent view?

Do you have a link to page with problem?

-- Flexicontent is Free but involves a big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite having a long list of functions) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

I have done some searchs about this problem.
I only get it in Flexicontent. I have installed the last
version from today RC8 1465.

I send you a private message with backend code.

I have seen somthing strange in IE9

With customized templates I have created (those templates where working in Flexicontent 1.5) :

when the source appears in the screen the <head> part is complete <head...</head>

Whe I use the developer tools of IE9 it seems that the <head> tag has desapeared. I see on the debug page
<html>
</head>

It's normally working in FF and Chrome.

It maybe some third party plugin that is related to this.

Also please provide specific links and give an item id for which it occurs, i ll test when i have access to an installation with ie9

mmm, i don't have ie9 in my development machine, i will test tomorrow with a notebook, maybe it is a UTF8 file with BOM header, or broken HTML format inserted to the header by FLEXIcontent or some third party plugin.

About URL,
I have your PM, but it does not include a specific URL, in which the problem is obvious, even if it occurs "everywhere", it is always better to speak of a specific page to make things easier in communication,

so please provide a URL and tell me this URL is category view for category no 45,
it will save me time, that is why i ask everyone for this ...
