[fixed r1450] Can't assign category to parent [r1449] was created by Martis33

Hi,

if I create new category in flexicontent and select another as parent no assignment has been made.
There is also if I want to change parent category. After saving parent category remains unchanged.

using 2.0 r1449

aaa, yes i have made an ACL improvement and i broke the form field name, it is wrong, i ll commit the fix now

ok, fixed (these are recent) in r1450:

# Fixed (recent bugs in) category edit form for J2.5 to (a) have correct form field name for
- parent_id (parent category) and
- copyid (for copying params), (b)
- and to get then FLEXIaccess category create permission properly for J1.5
