403 Error on Submit Menu Item on front end - FC & FA

Sorry for the newbie-osity.

We are getting a 403 error on the submit menu link.

I created a menu item to "Submit" content into FLEXIcontent (and also installed FLEXIaccess).

Submit is only intended for "Special" access (Managers, Admins & Super Admins)

In Joomla Menu Menu Manager, the Submit item access is set to special.

In FlexIaccess, the menu permissions for submit is set to allow access to the "Administration" group.

In FlexIaccess groups, all the super admins are in the "Members of this group"

In FlexIcontent the Administration group has access to all articles/items.

It seems that this should be sufficient. What am I missing?

- First, you set the permissions of the menu item via FLEXIaccess

- Second , if you edit the menu item e.g. to change title, DO NOT SET -any- access level

- Third, you will need to do a Joomla template override of mod_mainmenu module, don't worry it is easy, just follow the instructions here:

NOTE: If you use some third-party MENU module, you will need to do this manually ...

I am using a YooTheme template "Revista" and it uses the Warp framwork (version 6.2.1).

There is no templates/yoo_revista/html/mod_mainmenu/default.php

specifically there is not ../html/mod_mainmenu directory.

I modified (as per the instructions in the link provided) the default.php file.

It seems to be working, but I'll know more when the data entry staff gives it a try.
