Erreur installation flexicontent J2.5, PHP Strict Notice

Bonjour

Je tente d'installer flexicontent v2.0_RC3_r1151
pour joomla 2.5 en local.
J'ai réussi sur un poste,
mais sur un autre j'ai les messages suivants:

Même ensuite dans le module quand je finis la post-installation, j'ai aussi pleins de ligne d'erreur.
J'ai essayé de mettre des versions plus récentes, mais je ne sais pas si elles sont plus stables ou non.
La différence entre les posts est que j'utilise wamp sur l'un et easyphp sur l'autre. Est-ce que mon problème pourrait provenir de ça?

Hello , this messages are notices, because your development server has enabled PHP Strict Notices, this has been posted in the forum before quite a few times.

-- Please note that various software will have problem with PHP STRICT notices turned ON.

-- We have changed some of the statement to comply with PHP Strict Standards, but this is not done everywhere for sure.

-- Please disable PHP STRICT notices on your development server (production servers do no have this turned ON)

My php.ini is by default
error_reporting=E_ALL
i change it to
E_ALL & ~E_STRICT
E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE
E_ALL & ~E_STRICT|E_NOTICE

I see that i can change the parameter directly in joomla:
configuration>serveur> reporting error = maximum

but there are no change.
I don't really understand the error too

Did you restart Web Server (apache?) after changing the php.ini ?
