The unicode character:
 'ZERO WIDTH NO-BREAK SPACE' (U+FEFF)
www.fileformat.info/info/unicode/char/feff/index.htm :
1. The unicode "" appears before flexicontent.

2. To remove it - save files as unicode without BOM
3. You can automate it with: File Bom Detector:
