In the old flexicontent, to add a new article:

1. write title
2. choose category eg. "about"
3. click "save"

In the new flexicontent:

1. write title
2. choose category eg. "about"
3. need to "Set primary"
4. click "save"

If you are choosing 1 category - why do you now need to set primary? I just think its confusing for the user, and adds an extra step..

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

mmm i reordered and placed primary category above secondaries , in both J1.5/J2.5 versions and for frontend / backend.

Since you speak of usability, you will like a lot the changes we made for template SELECTION in frontend/backend, plus the new options for controlling frontend item edit form (will make a build today, i must fix some issues first, that were reported in the forum)
