I need to add
Code:
<script src="http://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.7.1.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
to the admin template by hand. Otherwise FC trows an JS error: jQuery not defined ...

I think that is since the nb from 16. March.

Which view? you mean it is not loaded in item edit form? It is loaded only when needed , item edit form and templates edit form

I realised that jQuery is missing when in the "Edit template" view the dragdrop didn't work anymore. With further investigation I saw the jQuery errors in firebug.

I tried to add the script tag in administrator\components\com_flexicontent\views\template\view.html.php at the beginning above the "if" statements but the reference to the jQuery library gets wiped out, while "<script>jQuery.noConflict();</script>" gets displayed.

After adding jQuery by hand to the bluestork index.php it works again.

-- Strange we never stopped loading it,

-- do you have some jquery plugin that could be removing it?

-- is it loaded in item edit form?

I could not figure out what caused the problem. Finaly I set up a new installation and transfered all my content. Now this problem is gone.
