Template CSS issue

I am trying to make a CSS change on my RocketTheme template but when i change something the changes do not take affect.

RocketTheme has a CSS file called typography.css that controls my setting, but when using Webdeveloper Toolbar to see what CSS pages are loading i get names like...

css-bcae6560b92eff3ea7f056136aaec8eb.php

How do i change CSS now that im using Flexi?

That file looks like a CSS cache file.
Which is why you see no changes.

Turn-off your CSS caching plugin (or whatever).
