Great but the new version beta 5 is not working was created by ohmyhero

Hi I must say it is a great component once I know how to do it. I couldn't install the beta5 version is there something wrong? so i installed the beta4 instead please let me know how i can upgrade ot beta 5?

is beta 5 zip file working ok for everyone?

Hi and welcome

The Beta5a has been installed and is working for a lot of people, including me.

What problem and errors do you have exactly? How did you try to install? I had to install through the tmp file, as the upgrade pack was too big for the parameters of my server

I get the same problem with Beta5,

Code:

JFolder::files: Path does not point to a valid folder or the folder has been deleted.
JFolder::folder: Path does not point to a valid folder or the folder has been deleted.
JFolder::files: Path does not point to a valid folder or the folder has been deleted.
Error! Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package

No problem with beta4 installation. Tried uploading zip directory to TMP and same problem.

Hello,

I repackaged using a .tgz extension and install went fine except for this error:

XML Parsing Error at 1:0. Error 4: not well-formed (invalid token)
