Can't toggle settings, no images... just says "change"

What in the world would cause this to happen where you can't make any changes????

PLEASE help, this is urgent and I'm stuck. I greatly appreciate any feedback, suggestions or ideas!

Did Joomla 1.5.22 break something?

do you activaed the plugin for mootools ?
actualy reinstall flexiaccess
or with firebug copy url of image (on word change) and reuplad image in good folder
regrads

Mootools upgrade is DISABLED

If I reinstall Flexiaccess, it won't mess up all the configuration will it?

I'll try Firebug right now. I appreciate the pointers, I'm going to renew our FlexiAcess subscription, hadn't needed it until right now.

The only other thought was could it be a files/directory permission issue?

I know we set EVERY file and Folder on this Joomla website to 755 a week ago because of having some malware added to the site. We later found out a FTP account password had been compromised.

So should these images be in:
/com_flexiaccess/images/patch/admin/images
or
/com_flexiaccess/images/


For whatever reason, I can not delete or change file permissions on any file/directory inside the /com_flexiaccess/images/ directory....... very strange.
