Hi,

I'm on Joomla 5.1.1, PHP 8.2 and the latest Flexi version from GitHub.  I know that Flexi is not yet ready for Joomla 5 yet, but maybe there's a quick fix.

I have JEvents 3.6.81 installed.  When I try to create an event in the back end, I get the follow in:

Error: Class _plgFinderFLEXIcontent contains 2 abstract methods and must therefore be declared abstract or implement the remaining methods (Joomla\Component\Finder\Administrator\Indexer\Adapter::index, Joomla\Component\Finder\Administrator\Indexer\Adapter::setup)
Symfony\Component\ErrorHandler\Error\ FatalError

I also tried with other calendar components like RSevents, and I get the same error.  Everything else on the site works flawlessly.

Can anyone help?

Thanks.

I also found an open issue on GiHub with no solution yet.

github.com/FLEXIcontent/flexicontent-cck/issues/1203

Thanks again.

for just desactved the plugin

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

We kind of need it, but I'll test and try if we can work around it.

Thanks.
