Variables as title?

Can I have a variable as a title?  For example, is there something that will allow me to add the country of origin if I add something like "%country%" to the title field?

I have a Country defined as a field, but since you cannot hide the Title, if I could add teh Country as part of the title field, that would be awesome.  See the attached image for what I'm looking for.
