[solved] Tooltips missing in admin / backend

Hi there,
I noticed that my tooltips went missing in my websites' flexicontent backend, e.g. in flexicontent's configuration form.
Do I have to (re-)enable some specific script?

for example /administrator/index.php?option=com_config&view=component&component=com_flexicontent
> files > basic >  Search Index > both options there have a little speech bubble icon, but no tooltip;
Upon source code inspection I see

Is that broken src connected or maybe a coincidence?

The effect happens without jquery easy, and without minification.

hello this issue is fired on laster dev version, you can test it on master branch in github

i use this version on live site without any problem you can update with master in order to have this correction and more !
