Display all columns by default in category view

I add each field's name in "colonnes personnalisées", but it doesn't do what I need.
I can still check/uncheck the columns, and if I check all columns (e.g. 10) then go to another category that have less columns (e.g. 5), when I return on the previous category, only 5 columns are checked rather than 10.
