Warnings on image upload

After I uploaded an image to my image-field, I get these warnings:

Setup is

• Joomla! 3.9.24
• FC 3.3.9
• PHP 7.3.27 (php 7.4.x => same effect)
• mysql 5.7.33

image-config = resuable (db-mode)
image-size = 200 kb
webspace is not full

there seem to be a problem with the image that you have uploaded
with detecting its size

if you try different images, created by different source
then does it always occur ?

GD or ImageMagick is used to manipulate the files
does it occur in localhost, it could be related to GD or ImageMagick library version

I did try different images (different in size and source) prior to my initial post (forgot to mention that, sorry).
My website is installed from my freshly-updated "kickstart-install" and runs on the same remote host as a bunch of other websites that have the same history, but don't experience that effect. Strange...
