Editing the template parameters for the front-end template is only possible for users with super administrator rights. The news template always loads three columns. A user without superadmin rights cannot override this. Is it possible to create an override of the xml file

the privilege checked is
- if user can use Flexicontent templates manager
so if you grant this privilege then the user will be able to view the parameters of the layout in the module

I am not sure if we should enforce such a requirement in this case
