Show/Hide columns (category template) >>> checked by default

Hello,

Is there a way to have all checkbox checked by default when user load the page ?
Many times, all checkbox except "title" are unchecked and we have to check it all to display all columns. It's not convenient.
Maybe I miss a parameter in configuration.

The cookie does not distinguish the categories, so if you toggle columns in a different with different fields it will effect all categories

cookies stores e.g. columns
1,5,7

which are different columns in different categories
yes this makes the feature problematic, we need to use more specific cookies
