PhPThumb created thumbnails disappearing

I created a list with "Items tagged with :"
It contains 3 columns, starting with a thumbnail pics

When freshly started all pics are visible.
When I move the cursor on a pic its disappearing

Happens in Chrome and Firefox as well, so not browser related.

The 2 pics show a list which contained 2 pics, after moving on upper pic it went away.

Javascript from you Joomla template or from some other Joomla extension you have installed is hiding all elements
with CSS hasTooltip or hasPopover


you can probably see the effect with other pages too

You can add this CSS to the

custom.css of your Joomla template

or to file
template/MYJoomlaTemplate/css/flexicontent.css
