it is about limiting support requests for configuration (non-bug issues) help
Rethinking it should be just 2 support requests for configuration regardsless of features being or not in the free version too

but we never know at first if is a bug or a misunderstanding of the product (or Joomla) until now we always had help, paid or not; does this mean that if we paid for pro support but we exceed 2 requests, we will have no help?
Example how do i configure this:
- and then you give 2 page description with 10 things to do / configure
If something sounds like a bug or even misconfiguration you always get an answer
e.g. pagination is not showing, you will always get an answer about this, and even look into it at the website if needed
